The first three trade businesses on Admin Monthly pay $250 a month for six months, then the standard price. In return, I ask for an honest testimonial once you're happy.

How it works
Tell me by email or the contact form how you handle invoices, pay and GST now. I reply in writing with what I'd fix and a fixed monthly price.
You invite me as an advisor in Xero. Your Xero stays in your name, and you can remove my access any time.
You send job notes and snap receipts. I do the rest, and you get a short summary each month.
Questions
Yes. I do the day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll and GST, and hand your accountant clean books at year end. That usually makes their bill smaller, not bigger.
Yes. Hnry is great when it's just you. Keep it for your tax, and use Admin Only for quotes, paperwork and your website. Once you take on staff, Admin Plus covers payroll properly.
No. Everything runs through Xero online, so I work with trade businesses anywhere in New Zealand. We work by email and messages, so you have everything in writing and can reply when you're off the tools.
You do, always. I'm added as an advisor and you can remove my access any time.
Very common. I'll look first and quote a fixed catch-up price before any monthly fee starts. No open-ended hourly bills.
Monthly packages run month to month with 30 days' notice. The $900 website price needs a 12-month admin agreement.
